Why don't you publish pricing?

We're in private beta with a small cohort. Public pricing is meaningless until we know who the product is for, and we're still learning. Once we open up, founding customers stay at their original price.

How long does the beta last?

We don't have a fixed end date. We move to general availability when the product is ready and the cohort is steady. Likely several months.

What if I'm not in home services?

If you run a B2B marketing team, we have a separate roadmap and aren't taking new customers there yet. Drop your email anyway and we'll keep you posted.

Is there a contract?

Month-to-month for the beta cohort. We earn the renewal every month, no annual commitments to lock you in.

What is live today vs shipping next?

Live today: outbound SMS and email campaigns synced from your CRM (ServiceTitan, HubSpot, Salesforce), inbound SMS reply inbox with turn-ownership triage, automatic STOP / opt-out / send-window compliance, and per-recipient unsubscribe tracking. Shipping next, with founding customers: AI reply drafts (copilot mode), email reply ingestion via SendGrid Inbound Parse, and time-to-reply analytics.

Will my data be safe?

Tenant-isolated database with row-level security, encrypted at rest, SSO via WorkOS. We're a small company, but the infrastructure is built like a serious one.
