Chili Piper Pricing in 2026: The New Tiers Explained, Fee by Fee

Chili Piper pricing just changed more than at any point in the archive record: the per-seat model that held steady from at least April 2024 through late 2025 is gone. The live pricing page, checked on July 28, 2026, sells packages starting at $1,250 a month. Articles published as recently as four days ago still describe $30-per-seat plans with a separate platform fee. Nobody has cleanly reconciled the two, which means anyone asking how much Chili Piper costs in 2026 gets a different answer depending on which page they land on.

This post does the reconciliation: what the new pricing tiers include, what the old model charged, fee by fee, and what a 5-seat Series A team actually pays now versus a year ago. Every number is dated and linked to a source - and the old-model figures come from dated archive snapshots of Chili Piper’s own page, not from third-party roundups.

What changed in 2026: the new pricing tiers

Chili Piper now sells a plan line it calls Fire plans - packages instead of per-product SKUs. Per the live pricing page, checked July 28, 2026:

PackageStarting priceSeats includedExtra seatsAI credits per year
Routing & Scheduling$1,250/mo ($15,000/yr)Up to 15$45/seat/mo45,000
Experiences$3,500/mo ($42,000/yr)Up to 30$50/seat/mo150,000
ChiliCal (standalone scheduling)$12/user/mo200-seat minimumn/aNone
Chili Data Platform”Coming soon” - no published pricen/an/an/a

Four things to know about how these tiers bill, all from the same pricing page:

Chili Piper is not shy about the new floor: the pricing page’s own meta title, as indexed in search results, reads “Chili Piper Pricing | Plans Starting at $15K/Year.”

When did this happen? Chili Piper has not said. We found no announcement on its blog as of July 28, 2026, so the honest answer is a window: the old per-seat page was still live in the December 28, 2025 archive snapshot, and the new tiered page appears in the next available snapshot, July 25, 2026. The switch landed somewhere in the first half of 2026, and the current FAQ says the tiers “are rolling out now,” with account teams reaching out to existing customers “with details on what changes for your account and when.”

Old model vs new model: the reconciliation table

The old model priced each product per seat, then added a monthly platform fee on top - the fee most buyers discovered late. Those SKUs no longer appear for sale anywhere on the live pricing page. Chili Piper has published no formal retirement notice; the plans simply are not listed anymore. Here is the reconciliation, fee by fee, sourced from dated archive snapshots of Chili Piper’s own page:

Billing optionsAnnual, or monthly at roughly 50% higher ratesMonth-to-month “only for net-new customers”Annual only

All old-model prices above are the annual-billing rates. The same snapshots priced monthly billing about 50% higher across the board: $45/user/mo instead of $30, and platform fees of $225-$1,500/mo instead of $150-$1,000. The April 21, 2025 snapshot shows the same per-seat-plus-platform-fee structure as November 2025 (the flat-fee Chat AI line appears by November), so the old model held steady through most of 2025 before the change.

Why do search results still contradict each other? Third-party coverage lags the vendor page badly. A Breakout article dated July 24, 2026 - four days before this check - still describes only the old $30-per-seat model, and Knock’s guide mixes both models on one page. Both are third-party vendors writing about Chili Piper, so treat their figures as directional. When in doubt, trust the dated archive snapshots and the live page.

Worked example: what a 5-seat Series A team actually pays

Take the common case for our readers: a Series A B2B SaaS team with five people who take meetings - two AEs, an SE, a founder, a marketer.

New model, today: Routing & Scheduling starts at $1,250/mo billed annually, with up to 15 seats included. Using only 5 of those 15 seats changes nothing - the floor is the floor. That is $15,000/yr, an effective $250 per seat per month at 5 seats. A team that filled all 15 included seats would pay the same $15,000, or about $83 per seat per month. The package price rewards utilization and penalizes small teams.

Old model, as of the November 2025 pricing page: 5 Concierge seats at $30/user/mo plus the tiered platform fee, per the archived snapshot:

Scenario (5 seats, annual billing)Old model (Nov 2025 archived page)New model (live page, Jul 2026)
Low volume (up to 100 inbound leads/mo)$3,600/yr ($150 seats + $150 fee per month)$15,000/yr
Mid volume (101-1,000 leads/mo)$6,600/yr ($150 seats + $400 fee per month)$15,000/yr
High volume (over 1,000 leads/mo)$13,800/yr ($150 seats + $1,000 fee per month)$15,000/yr

The reconciliation in one sentence: for a low-volume 5-seat team, list price roughly quadrupled; for a lead-heavy 5-seat team, the new floor sits only about 9% above what the old model already charged. The repricing is less an across-the-board hike than a floor raise aimed at small, low-volume accounts - the accounts that used to get in for $300 a month.

Buyer-side data says the same thing from the other direction. Vendr’s marketplace data - buyer-intelligence estimates with an undated collection window, so treat them as directional - puts the median Chili Piper contract at $12,720/yr across 231 purchases, with small teams (5-10 users) historically paying $2,000-$5,000/yr. That median sits below today’s $15,000 list floor, which tells you the data reflects old-model-era contracts, and tells you how far the entry point moved.

If $15,000 is enterprise plumbing at your stage, the sub-$20-per-seat schedulers (Cal.com, Calendly Teams) and mid-priced routers like RevenueHero are priced honestly in our Chili Piper alternatives guide.

Multi-year discounts, contract gotchas, and negotiation notes

The new page is unusually transparent about one lever and silent about others. What is published, and what to ask about, checked July 28, 2026:

Multi-year discounts got dramatically bigger. The old FAQ offered 5% off for 2-year terms and 10% for 3 years, a schedule that held from at least April 2024 through December 2025. The current page publishes 15% off for 2 years, 25% for 3, and 40% for 4. On Routing & Scheduling list price, a 4-year term works out to $9,000/yr - but that is a $36,000 total commitment to a vendor mid-repricing. The size of the jump, from 5-10% then to 15-40% now, suggests the annual list price is designed to be discounted for commitment.

Volume discounts exist but are unpublished. The FAQ says volume discounts and multi-year discounts “apply automatically and are stackable,” with no thresholds or percentages listed anywhere on the page. Ask for the schedule in writing.

AI credit overages are a blank. Extra credits come in bundles “at any time,” price unpublished. Before signing, get the bundle price and ask what happens when the annual allowance runs out mid-contract.

Negotiation context, from buyer data. Vendr’s intel - again, directional estimates gathered largely across old-model-era deals - reports multi-year discounts of 10-25%, competitive-pressure discounts of 15-25%, combined outcomes 20-30% below list, and the best timing in Q4 (October to December) ahead of Chili Piper’s December 31 fiscal year-end. It also flags premium support at 10-20% of contract value and 5-10% annual escalators as costs to watch. Whether those patterns survive the repricing is unknown; note that the published 15/25/40 multi-year schedule now overlaps the top of Vendr’s old range.

Existing customers are mid-migration. The FAQ’s promise that “your account team will reach out with details on what changes for your account and when” means a call is coming. Treat that call as a renegotiation, not a notification: you hold an old contract as leverage and a published discount schedule to anchor against.

When a router earns its fee, and the conversation-first alternative

Chili Piper’s category - form-to-meeting routing - is real. If your demo form takes serious volume and your bottleneck is genuinely routing (territory rules, round-robins, SDR-to-AE handoffs, no-show rebooking at scale), the math can work: $15,000/yr across 15 quota-carrying seats is $83 per seat per month for mature plumbing. The category gets validated from odd directions, too - even Fin’s new AI sales agent, GA since April 22, 2026, hands its booking step to Chili Piper or Calendly rather than building its own scheduler.

If the floor does not fit, the honest field splits three ways. Cheaper routers and schedulers are compared in our Chili Piper alternatives guide. The enterprise conversational tier - Qualified, now Salesforce-owned - is covered in Qualified alternatives. And then there is the option that questions the premise.

Here is the premise worth questioning: every dollar of Chili Piper’s fee optimizes what happens after someone submits your form. For many Series A teams, the bigger leak is before the form - visitors with real questions who never fill it out, and demo requests that sit unanswered. The levers for that side are in how to book more demos from your website.

That earlier moment is the lane we build for, so judge accordingly - and note upfront that Marqeable is in private beta with a small early cohort. Marqeable is not a scheduler or a routing engine; if round-robin routing at volume is your gap, buy one of the tools above. What it does is move the conversion moment earlier: an AI website chat grounded in your business info answers buyer questions and captures and qualifies leads so demos get booked, with a one-snippet install and bot and spam protection built in. Around it sits the rest of the loop: SMS and email campaigns synced from HubSpot, Salesforce, or ServiceTitan, a conversations inbox where SMS replies land, journeys for automated follow-up, and revenue attribution that ties dollars to the exact message. Generate the demand on one side, win the lead on the other. And since this is a pricing post, our own disclosure: we do not publish a price list either - beta pricing is quoted on the call, and early customers lock it in for life. Get early access.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Chili Piper cost in 2026?

Chili Piper’s current packaging starts at $1,250 per month ($15,000 per year) for Routing & Scheduling with up to 15 seats included, then $45 per seat per month, and $3,500 per month ($42,000 per year) for Experiences with up to 30 seats, then $50 per seat per month. ChiliCal standalone is $12 per user per month with a 200-seat minimum. All plans are billed annually.

Does Chili Piper still charge a platform fee?

Not as a separate line item. Under the old model, products carried a per-seat price plus a monthly platform fee - for Concierge, $150 to $1,000 per month on annual billing depending on inbound lead volume, per archived versions of Chili Piper’s own pricing page. The current packages fold everything into one starting price, so the platform fee is gone as a named fee - but the $15,000-per-year package floor now does the same job of setting a minimum spend.

When did Chili Piper switch to the new pricing tiers?

Chili Piper has not published a launch date, and we found no announcement on its blog as of July 28, 2026. Archived snapshots bound the change: the old per-seat pricing page was still live on December 28, 2025, and the new tiered page appears in the next available snapshot, July 25, 2026. The pricing page FAQ says the new tiers are rolling out now and that account teams will contact existing customers about what changes.

Does Chili Piper offer monthly billing or a free trial?

No to both, as of July 28, 2026. The pricing page states that all Fire plans are billed annually and that monthly billing is not available at this time, and it lists no free trial. What it publishes instead are multi-year discounts: 15% off for 2-year terms, 25% off for 3 years, and 40% off for 4 years, stackable with volume discounts whose thresholds are not published.

The bottom line

Chili Piper’s 2026 pricing replaces a per-seat-plus-platform-fee stack with two flat packages: $15,000/yr for Routing & Scheduling and $42,000/yr for Experiences, annual billing only, AI metered in credits. Against the November 2025 archived page, the change is a floor raise with a specific target: a low-volume 5-seat team that used to list at $3,600/yr now faces $15,000, while a lead-heavy team lands within about 9% of its old bill. If routing at volume is your bottleneck, the fee can still earn its keep - negotiate against the published 15/25/40 multi-year schedule and get the unpublished volume and credit-bundle numbers in writing. If your demo count is capped before the form is ever submitted, no router fee fixes that - that leak needs answers in the moment, not better routing after it. Prices move; verify everything against Chili Piper’s pricing page before you sign.

See it live: Marqeable’s AI website chat answers buyers and captures leads before the form, the conversations inbox is where your SMS replies land, and attribution ties the dollars back to the message.
