How SEO Teams Use Marqeable: From Keyword List to Published Post Without the Paste

Every SEO team has the same spreadsheet. It has a tab called Keywords, a column called Priority, and a column called Status where most rows say “Not started” in a shade of red that someone picked during a more optimistic quarter.

The spreadsheet is not the problem. The research in it is good. Your SEO tool told you what people search for, how hard each term is, and which of your pages are slipping. You know what to write.

What you do not have is the thing written. Or reviewed, illustrated, published and promoted. This post is about that gap, and how SEO and content teams use Marqeable to close it.

First, what Marqeable is not

Marqeable is not a keyword research tool. It is not a rank tracker. It does not crawl your site, audit your technical SEO or generate schema. It does not track or tune how you show up in AI search.

If you need those jobs done, keep the tool that does them today. Marqeable works next to it, not in place of it.

What Marqeable does is the production work that starts when the research ends. The pillar post on the content factory describes the idea: a raw brief goes in, finished marketing comes out, and a person approves at every station. For an SEO team, the raw material is a keyword. The finished product is a published post that brings in leads.

The bottleneck is production

Here is an example. Say you run content at a company called Northwind, and one keyword from the sheet has just been promoted to “In progress”.

Someone writes a brief in a document. A writer drafts in a second document. Comments gather in the margin, some resolved, some abandoned. The final copy is pasted into WordPress, where the headings lose their formatting and one bullet list becomes a paragraph. Somebody remembers the post needs an image. It goes live on a Thursday. Nobody tells the person who sends the newsletter.

Three weeks later the post has been read by the writer, the editor and a crawler.

Count the pastes in that story. Brief to draft. Draft to review. Review to WordPress. WordPress link to whoever does email, if anyone remembers. Each paste is a place where work waits, and waiting is where most of the red in that Status column comes from.

The middle column is long, but look at the right one. Every row has a person in it. That is deliberate.

Station one: the brief holds the keywords

In Marqeable, the brief is where your research lands. It holds your target keywords, the headline and the outline, along with the purpose of the piece, the audience and the call to action.

You bring the keywords. Marqeable does not suggest them and has no opinion about their difficulty. What it does is keep them attached to the piece, so the writer, the reviewer and the agent are all working from the same page instead of three versions of it.

A brief for Northwind might be two lines: the keyword, who the post is for, and the one argument it should make. That is enough to start.

Station two: a long-form draft with structure

From the brief, Marqeable drafts the post. It is long-form and structured: a headline, sections that follow your outline, and a logical order a reader can scan.

The draft uses your brand voice, so it sounds like your company and not like the average of the internet. It is still a draft. The examples from your own customers, the opinion your team actually holds, the detail only a practitioner would know: those come from you. An agent gets you to a solid second draft quickly. The part that makes the post worth ranking is still yours to add.

Station three: review beside the passage

Review is where most content goes to wait. Feedback arrives as “can we make this punchier” in a chat message, with no indication of which sentence offended.

In Marqeable, an agent review covers language, brand voice, compliance and strategy. Each suggestion appears beside the passage it refers to. You accept it, reject it or edit it. Teammates comment on a highlighted passage and reply in a thread, so the argument about the second heading stays attached to the second heading.

Nothing publishes until a person marks the piece Ready. For more on why that gate matters, see human in the loop for AI marketing.

Station four: words first, then images

Images are decided after the words. The copy is approved before any image is made, which saves you from illustrating a headline that review later kills.

At that gate you have three choices: pick an image from your library, describe a new one, or ship without. The image studio handles generation, edits, crop and resize, and applies your logo.

Station five: WordPress, without the paste

The approved post publishes to WordPress from Marqeable. No copying from a document, no fixing headings by hand, no discovering on Friday that the published version is the one from before the last round of edits.

The step by step version is in from brief to published WordPress post with no copy and paste.

Then the part most SEO workflows skip

A published post with no promotion is an orphan. It waits for search traffic that may take months to arrive, while your own email list and your own LinkedIn followers never hear about it.

This is where working inside a campaign helps. In Marqeable, one brief with the campaign agent drafts every piece of a campaign: the blog post, the email, the LinkedIn post, the landing page and the images. So the email that announces the Northwind post and the LinkedIn post that points to it are drafted from the same brief as the post itself, and reviewed the same way.

The email sends from Marqeable. The LinkedIn post publishes to your company page. Each one goes out only after a person approves it.

The marketing calendar dates new campaigns around what is already scheduled, so the post does not land on the same morning as your product launch.

Turning the reader into a lead

Traffic is a means. A reader who arrives, nods and leaves has not changed your quarter.

Marqeable hosts landing pages with a lead form, and submissions become leads. So the Northwind post can point to a page with something worth a form fill: a guide, a template, a demo request. The post earns the visit. The page earns the name and the email address.

When the promotion email leads to revenue, Marqeable’s attribution traces that revenue to the exact message. It is a direct trace, not a model. Your rank tracker still tells you how the post performs in search. The two reports answer different questions, and you want both.

To be plain about the product: Marqeable does not track or optimize your presence in AI search. It helps you produce clear, structured, reviewed writing and get it published. What you do with the measurement side is between you and your SEO tool.

A useful test for any tool in your stack: can you say in one sentence what it does not do? If the answer is “nothing, it does everything”, keep your wallet in your pocket.

Where your AI assistant fits

If your team already works in an AI assistant, Marqeable has a connector for it. The assistant can read your brand, voice and content, and it can write drafts and brief edits. It cannot publish, send or delete anything. A person reviews and launches in Marqeable. The details are in Claude Code for marketers.

Frequently asked questions

Is Marqeable an SEO tool?

No. Marqeable does not do keyword research, rank tracking or technical SEO. It handles production after the research: the brief, the long-form draft, review, images, publishing to WordPress, and the promotion that follows. It works next to the SEO tool you already use.

Where do the target keywords come from?

From you and your research tool. You put the target keywords, the headline and the outline in the brief. Marqeable drafts from that brief. It does not suggest keywords or judge how hard they are to rank for.

Does Marqeable publish the post for me?

Blog posts publish to WordPress from Marqeable, so the approved copy does not have to be pasted across. Nothing publishes until a person marks the piece Ready.

Can Marqeable promote a post after it is published?

Yes, when the post is part of a campaign. One brief drafts the blog post along with the email and the LinkedIn post that promote it. The email sends from Marqeable and the LinkedIn post publishes to your company page, each after a person approves it.

The bottom line

Your SEO tool tells you what to write and how it ranked. It was never going to write the brief, chase the reviewer, find the image or tell the email team. That work sits between the two reports, and it is where keyword lists go red.

Agents alone produce drafts nobody trusts. People alone spend their week pasting between tools. Put them on the same line, with an approval at each station, and the post ships, gets promoted, and sends its readers to a form. That is the point of all of it: more leads generated, and more of them won as customers.

See the rest of the line: Marqeable’s agents draft and publish your content, build and run your campaigns, run automations across text and email, answer and qualify every visitor with AI website chat, and tie revenue to the exact message with attribution.
